Get Rid of Your Headache Without a Pill!

Try my Tylenol Stretches or Anti-Headache Stretches.  These work as quickly as a pain reliever, and can also be used to prevent headaches.  I was recording another video and felt the beginnings of a headache, so I thought, “Why not just make a video for everyone?”  My headache was gone by the time I’d reviewed the video.

Key points to remember:

  1. My neck is very flexible, don’t try to go as far as I do.  Only go as far as you are comfortable – to when you feel a good stretch.  If you can only tilt a few degrees that’s fine.  Just go to where you feel the stretch.
  2. Only hold the stretches for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Repeat each stretch 15-20 times.

I use these any time I have a headache.  I perform them – it usually takes 3-7 minutes – and my headache is gone within 15 to 20 minutes.  And, if I do them at night, before I go to bed, I wake up without a headache!

Well, I don’t know if that’s going to work for me, but definitely worked for you! :) Excellent post!

Stretching is a great idea. Thank you for demonstrating. I seem to do this alot myself.

I find that taking a hot shower or soak in a hot bath tends to level out my system somehow. It relaxes me and all of my tension…that usually causes the headaches I have…seems to run out of my body.

Eliminating stress is great too…but wow…I have a lot of stress cause I manage alot of different businesses. Always something to do…never enough sleep it seems.

I am guilty of coffee headaches too… If I do not have my caffeine I feel it! Yes I should quit I know. But it helps me start my day fast…oh well. LOL.

But when I am really stressed out I have found that self massage works the best for me to get rid of headache. I can do that while driving. I usually work on my shoulders and upper back and my neck. I can pin point the stressed muscles and pressure points that connect right into my head. This usually brings some relief. The pressure points cause some direct pain that seems to go directly to the points in my head that are hurting. It’s like you are indirectly massaging your hard to reach internal head spots.

But, many times headaches can be caused by lack of nutrition. The worst case is when you simply do not eat at all…and you let yourself go more than half the day without providing your body with nutrition. If you are too busy to eat…it’s probably good to find a quick source of nutrition that you can consume fast and get back to work. Not a bad idea to keep hydrated as well.

When I have to get rid of headache fast this is an awesome fix. Nutritional Shakes packed with nutrition and easy to digest so you can get the energy and nutrients you need.
